Effective 13 September 2026. This policy explains what Volleyball Scoreboard: Scores keeps locally, what minimal analytics may be sent, and how to contact us.

Who is responsible

Volleyball Scoreboard: Scores and volleycounter.app are published by Yurii Koshkin in Spain. Privacy and support questions can be sent to support@volleycounter.app.

The short version

The app is offline-first. Core scoring, teams, rosters, history, and match records are stored locally on your device. We do not require an account, show advertising, or use data for cross-company tracking, targeted advertising, ad measurement, or data brokerage.

We do not send team names, player names or numbers, scores, sets, rally or event sequences, venues, notes, match exports, receipts, or transaction identifiers to our servers or analytics provider.

Local records and exports

Match data and settings remain in local app storage. PDF summaries and backups are created only when you ask. Copies go to the location or app you choose through Apple’s share and file interfaces. Apple device backups may include app data according to your Apple settings.

Product analytics

The app includes TelemetryDeck SDK 2.14.2 for minimal, non-advertising product analytics. Where permitted and when analytics are enabled, TelemetryDeck may receive a pseudonymous installation identifier, allowlisted app/session event categories, hour-rounded timestamps, app version and build, operating-system and device/platform metadata, locale, and region.

Our custom events describe broad outcomes such as onboarding completion, mode selection, a match or set being completed, history or export use, product loading, paywall display, purchase state category, restore outcome, or a review-request attempt. They never contain teams, players, scores, rally data, match content, payment details, receipts, transaction IDs, or free-form error text.

You can disable product analytics in Settings. Disabling prevents future analytics signals; it does not automatically delete signals already received. TelemetryDeck states that it does not store IP addresses. Its current documentation says cold-storage events have no scheduled deletion date and are expected, but not guaranteed, to be removed after approximately 7–10 years. See TelemetryDeck’s privacy information.

Purchases and support

Apple processes App Store purchases and payment details. StoreKit provides the entitlement information needed to unlock or restore features. We do not receive your payment-card details or send StoreKit receipts or transaction identifiers to TelemetryDeck.

If you email support, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to provide. We use them to respond and troubleshoot, retain them only as reasonably needed for support, security, legal, or accounting purposes, and then delete or anonymize them where appropriate. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Your choices

You can turn analytics off in Settings, export your own records, or delete local teams and matches using the app’s controls. Removing the app may remove local records that were not backed up. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
